Amilu is committed to the safety of all users and maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.
Amilu is exclusively for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts. Users must confirm they are at least 18 years old during registration. Accounts found to belong to minors are immediately suspended and removed.
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for any content or behavior related to child sexual abuse and exploitation. This includes, but is not limited to:

All reports are reviewed by our team within 24 hours. Reports involving the safety of minors are treated with the highest priority.

Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes action including:
If you believe content was moderated in error, you may appeal by contacting hello@amilu.app with the subject line "Moderation Appeal" and your user ID.
We will review your appeal within 7 business days and notify you of the outcome. If you are not satisfied with the result, you may contact the competent authority in your country of residence.
Amilu cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities in the investigation and prosecution of child exploitation. We will report any identified CSAM or CSAE activity to the appropriate national and international bodies, including NCMEC and local law enforcement.
